There are multiple options in 1ticket setting for their season ticket crawl job, and it might not always behave as expected.
Job type:
- Ignore tickets that the season ticket account marks as having been printed - this option may ignore orders that PDF's are not available for (thus not printed) yet the box office may have printed them already, so they would get ignored when you didn't expect that
- Download tickets regardless of whether or not they were previously printed - this option should get always download everything
- ONLY pull seat information - NO PDF's - this option will create purchase order for everything it finds, but won't try to pull PDF's. This is a great option to use to add your listings when hard stock has been released but PDF's have not.
Other restrictions can be used to limit it to certain matchups, certain sections or rows or specific dates.
