The Stage Front shipping manifest program has now been created in order to help streamline your Hard Stock inventory into our office creating a trackable manifest to produce 100% Accuracy and accountability within our system.
To get started open the purchasing menu in the portal and choose the shipping menu:
Use the search tools at the top of the screen to narrow down what you will be adding to the shipment
Once you have filtered out inventory you wish to add use one of the 2 options to drag over tickets into the manifest.
- Single green arrow - Choose your individual seats from the selected group you are sending in
- Double green arrow - Selects the entire group
Tickets can also be removed by using the red back arrows in the shipping manifest queue
The green save button will save the manifest and you have the ability to add more tickets before finalizing the shipment.
To compete click the blue finish button. This will pop up with a display for you to be able to add your package's tracking number or give you the option to create an airbill. Please note the pricing and the following shipping container guidelines if creating an airbill through Stage Front: 2-day-$15 Overnight-$20
Your Airbill, if generated, will be available right away and an email is automatically sent to you and our support staff with the manifest and tracking info. Once the tickets are processed by our Inventory team, another email will be sent to you indicating what was processed and any un-matched tickets will be recorded.
