Below is a step-by-step for Gmail print code and transfer confirmation forwarding. Other email domains should be similar. 


Please make sure that you set up as many as possible because this will streamline your Mobile Inventory completion. We will also be requiring a second forwarding with your transfer confirmation, This will also help you cut back on phone calls from our office. If you have 1 catch-all email it's preferred to set up forwarding from there. 


Step 1. Tell your Consignment Relations Manager that you are going to be setting up your forwarding so they can help approve the forwarding and get you the proper verification code needed. This will also give you someone to speak with while going through the steps and help get any issues resolved quickly. 


Step 2. Go to your settings tab in Gmail and select the Forwarding and Pop/Imap tab at the top of the screen.


Step 3. Click on the Add a forwarding address button at the top of the screen. Once you see the Add pop up enter the email printcodes@stagefront.com. then click next. 


Step 4. A Pop up will ask you if you would like to proceed or cancel. Please choose to proceed. This will send Stage Front a confirmation code.


Step 5. Ask your rep for the confirmation code and enter into the forwarding verification screen at the top of the page. Once you Verify the code you will be set up to go to the next step and add your filter.


Step 6. Switch over to the Filters and Blocked addresses tab at the top of the page.


Step 7. Scroll down to select the create a new filter tab at the bottom of the screen.


Step 8. Enter the words - "your ticket transfer" AND another filter with "ticketmaster confirmation code" And another filter with "Here's Your Authentication Code" - into your Subject tab (Please note that it's Very Important to add the quote notes) and then select create a filter with this search at the bottom. Please be very specific because you don't want to forward all of your mail to this account.

Once you fill out the 2 fields above you want to click the Create filter with this search link on the bottom right. From there another pop-up will show and this is where you want to Forward to the print codes email. Click the blue create filter button when everything is set up as shown below:



You should now be forwarding your print codes and transfer confirmations to support. Again please feel free to have your CRM work with you through the process to avoid any complications.
